

Waters is going to be most expensive across the board followed by Agilent and then Shimadzu. Some areas will have top notch Agilent Service and other areas will have top notch Waters or Shimadzu service. Depending on your area/region, support from one company to another will change depending on customer density for that particular company. Their hardware seems to be pretty robust across most applications and support is pretty good.
